RBC Capital analyst Irene Nattel initiated coverage of Murphy USA with a Sector Perform rating and $360 price target. The investment proposition is "clear, effective and compelling" and Murphy returns a significant proportion of free cash flow to shareholders, but the Sector Perform rating reflects sensitivity to gas margins as well as the company’s relative positioning and greater exposure to fuel and tobacco, Nattel tells investors.
