Miniso announces 29c per share special cash dividend

The board approved the distribution of a special cash dividend in the amount of 29c per American Depositary Share or 7.25c per ordinary share, to holders of ADSs and ordinary shares of record as of the close of business on March 28, New York Time and Beijing/Hong Kong Time, respectively. The payment date is expected to be on April 9 for holders of ordinary shares and around April 12 for holders of ADSs. The ex-dividend date will be March 27. The aggregate amount of cash dividend to be paid is approximately $90.5M, which is approximately 50% of the company’s adjusted net profit for the six months ended December 31, 2023 and will be distributed from additional paid-in capital and settled by a cash distribution.
