Microsoft Gaming (MSFT) chief Phil Spencer said that the Xbox maker and Ubitus, a cloud gaming provider, have signed a 10-year partnership to stream Xbox PC Games as well as Activision Blizzard (ATVI) titles after the acquisition closes.
