Macquarie analyst Frederick Havemeyer raised the firm’s price target on Microsoft to $430 from $405 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Following a new bottom-up AI profitability analysis, the firm estimates Microsoft can generate $9.1B in sales and 49c in EPS by FY26 from its copilot portfolio, and up to $2.17 in EPS in its bull case, and thinks shares are undervalued for the GenAI Copilot profit potential, the analyst tells investors.
