Regulators in the U.K. plan to intensify their investigation into the cloud infrastructure market, with communications watchdog Ofcom "particularly concerned" about potentially competition-limiting practices of Microsoft (MSFT) and Amazon (AMZN), The Financial Times’ Sara Provan reports.
