mF International opens at $7.60, IPO priced at $4.50 per share

mF International, a Hong Kong-based experienced financial trading solution provider, priced its initial public offering of 1,666,667 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.50 per ordinary share. The ordinary shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “MFI.” Joseph Stone Capital is acting as the underwriter for the offering.
