Meta Materials regains compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements

Meta Materials received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Consequently, the previously scheduled hearing was cancelled by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel. The Company is currently in full compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements.
