Barclays raised the firm’s price target on MercadoLibre to $2,000 from $1,800 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares post the Q1 report. The analyst says reporting changes resulted in lower payment volume and higher revenue, all else equal. Argentina challenges are a bit more material than thought, but MercadoLibre’s strong momentum in Brazil and Mexico is partially offsetting that, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
