MEI Pharma announced that pursuant to the previously disclosed cooperation agreement with Anson Funds and Cable Car Capital, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.75 per share of common stock, $0.00000002 par value, payable on December 6 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17. The Company expects 100% of the special dividend to be characterized for tax purposes as return of capital to shareholders.
