Maury Microwave completes acquisition of Wireless Telecom

Wireless Telecom Group announced that Maury Microwave completed its previously announced acquisition of WTT. The all-cash transaction was announced on May 25, 2023. Under the terms of the merger agreement, Maury acquired all the outstanding shares of the Company for cash consideration of $2.13 per share. Payment of the merger consideration will be made as promptly as practical following receipt of written confirmation of administrative approval by the State of New Jersey, which is expected in approximately seven business days. In connection with the completion of the transaction, WTT’s common stock ceased trading and is no longer listed on the NYSE American.
