In a regulatory filing, Magnite said, "On January 19, the company announced that it would be reducing its global workforce by approximately 6%. The reduction in force is primarily associated with the elimination of duplicative roles resulting from the integration of our CTV platforms and the realization of acquisition operating cost synergies, consistent with our previously announced integration plan following the acquisition of SpotX, Inc. in 2021."
