Magnachip announced that the company has begun full-scale mass production of its new 30V MXT LV Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors, or MOSFETs, used in Electronic Control Units, or ECUs, of Electric Power Steering, or EPS, systems.
