Bernstein lowered the firm’s price target on Lululemon (LULU) to $405 from $460 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Coming off a strong Q4, Lululemon was hit by worsening U.S. sentiment in Feb-Mar, the firm notes. FY25 guidance is weak, from a mix of slow quarter-to-date traffic trends and management caution. Bernstein still likes the stock, but with slower EPS growth and more macro uncertainty ahead, it cuts numbers.
