The company said, "We expect to end the first quarter of 2023 with $150 to $170 million in cash and short-term investments, excluding any additional Foxconn funding, other equity sales or contingent liabilities. Relative to the fourth quarter of 2022, in the aggregate, we anticipate first quarter of 2023 SG&A and R&D to decline slightly, without the accelerated stock compensation, litigation accruals and asset write-downs, as R&D modestly increases with development activity, offsetting the larger decrease in SG&A."
