In a regulatory filing, Longeveron disclosed that on April 4, James Clavijo, Chief Financial Officer of the company, provided notice to the company of his intention to resign from his position with the company, effective June 9. "In connection with his departure, the parties intend that Mr. Clavijo will enter into a general release and separation agreement with the company pursuant to which Mr Clavijo will be eligible to receive certain severance benefits," the filing stated.
