Lockheed Martin awarded a $138.46M cost-plus-fixed-fee undefinitized contract to procure various special tooling and special test equipment in support of production, retrofit modifications and flight test instrumentation for the Joint Strike Fighter aircraft for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Foreign Military Sales, or FMS, customers and non-U.S. Department of Defense, or DOD, participants. Work is expected to be completed in December 2026. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
