Lockheed Martin awarded $132.83M Army contract modification

Lockheed Martin was awarded a not-to-exceed $132.83M undefinitized modification to a firm-fixed-price order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement. This modification adds scope to provide non-recurring engineering and add/delete efforts in support of bringing eight MH-60R aircraft from a standard Foreign Military Sales, or FMS, configuration to a unique configuration for the government of Spain. Additionally, this modification procures eight embedded global positioning system inertial navigation systems spares, four airborne low frequency sonars, production spares, and associated field service representative support. Work is expected to be completed in June 2029. FMS customer funds in the amount of $46,491,900 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
