B. Riley analyst Christopher Souther lowered the firm’s price target on Lion Electric to $4 from $5 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares following the completion of a $50M unit deal. The analyst believes the deal solves Lion’s capital needs through the first half of 2023, with proceeds from potential warrant exercising fulfilling equity capital needs through the end of 2023.
