Linkage Global announced that it has received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market confirming that the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s filing requirement. As previously reported, the company received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq on February 16, due to the delay in filing its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2023. On April 12, the company filed its Form 20-F and has now regained compliance with this Nasdaq’s filing requirement.
