Lennar price target raised to $183 from $175 at Keefe Bruyette

Keefe Bruyette analyst Jade Rahmani raised the firm’s price target on Lennar to $183 from $175 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst believes Lennar shares remain attractive at 1.5-times one-year forward book value. The firm’s estimates are largely unchanged post the fiscal Q1 report.
