B. Riley analyst Alex Rygiel raised the firm’s price target on Landsea Homes to $8 from $7.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. While he continues to be cautious towards homebuilders heading into Q4 earnings season and 2023 in general, he is adjusting his estimates and price targets across his homebuilder coverage.
