The board of directors of L3Harris Technologies approved an increase in the company’s per share quarterly cash dividend rate from $1.14 to $1.16 commencing with the dividend for the first quarter of the year, payable March 22 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 8. The dividend corresponds to an increase in the annualized rate from $4.56 to $4.64.
