Kodak contemplating move to tap pension fund surplus, Bloomberg says

Eastman Kodak is contemplating a move to unlock gains created by its overfunded pension system, weighing a so-called pension reversion that would enable it to take control of the $1.2B surplus rather than leaving excess capital to current and future retirees, people with knowledge of the matter told Bloomberg’s Gillian Tan.
