JMP Securities lowered the firm’s price target on KKR Real Estate Finance to $14 from $15 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares post the Q2 report. KKR Real Estate continues to focus on credit-related asset management and maintaining strong liquidity given the current broad distress seen in the commercial real estate market, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the company is making progress working through problem loans with the resolution of another five-rated office loan possible before year-end.
