KKR (KKR) is in exclusive talks with Germany’s Fresenius (FSNUY) to buy Eugin in a deal that would value the fertility clinics in Spain and Portugal at around $528.55M, Reuters’ reports, citing a report in the Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias. According to unidentified financial sources, KKR would buy the clinics with a Spanish partner.
