JPMorgan (JPM) Chase has given its employees an option to use its AI system to help write performance reviews, Joshua Franklin and Arjun Neil Alim of The Financial Times reports. The tool will allow employees to generate reviews based on the prompt they give, people familiar with the matter told the Times.
