The Joint Corp. announced James Amos, Jr. has notified the company that he will complete his term on May 25, 2023 and not stand for reelection at the company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for that day. The board membership will be reduced to six until a replacement is appointed or elected.
