Jefferies estimates Boeing (BA) rolled out the 737 MAX in the high-teens range in Q1, well below the stated rate of 38 per month. The firm thinks 30 per month on average through 2024 is achievable for Boeing production and the supplier group. Consensus estimates for Boeing as well as suppliers Spirit AeroSystems (SPR) and Hexcel (HXL) are most from the slower production ramp, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
