Barclays raised the firm’s price target on J.B. Hunt to $215 from $210 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. JB. Hunt’s Q4 was weighed down by insurance accrual increases, but intermodal volume growth is accelerating, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says that while pricing is likely to weigh on first half 2024 results, it sees an inflection in profitability for the company’s largest business later this year.
