Ituran approves distribution of 14c per share cash dividend

Ituran announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of a cash dividend in the amount of 14c per share, totaling approximately $3M. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of March 21, 2023. The company will pay the dividend out on April 4, 2023 net of taxes at the rate of 25%.
