Ituran announces distribution of $8M dividend, or 39c per share

Ituran Location and Control announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of a cash dividend in the amount of 39c per share, totaling approximately $8M. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of March 20. The company will pay the dividend out on April 3, net of taxes at the rate of 25%.
