The company stated: “We may from time to time in one or more offerings offer and sell our Class A common shares. In addition, from time to time, the selling shareholders to be named in an applicable prospectus supplement, or the selling shareholders, may offer and sell the equity securities held by them. The selling shareholders may sell the equity securities through public or private transactions at prevailing market prices or at privately negotiated prices. We will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the equity securities by the selling shareholders.”
