Intel (INTC) is in talks with SoftBank’s (SFTBY) Arm to be an anchor investor in the chip designer’s IPO, Bloomberg’s Liana Baker, Swetha Gopinath and Ian King report. People familiar with the matter say Arm has held early-stage talks with other companies about participating in the IPO, which is seeking to raise up to $10B.
