Adam Mosseri, head of Meta‘s Instagram, said the platform’s Notes feature is now available in Europe and Japan. The feature, which allows users to submit short posts of up to 60 characters that just include text and emojis, initially rolled out in December outside of Europe and Japan. Reference Link
