We reaffirm fiscal 2024 revenues are expected to be in the range of $580 to $590M and adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $75 to $80M. “We expect to continue to remain in compliance with our financial covenants for the next 12 months. We reaffirm that capital expenditures are expected to be approximately 4.5% of revenue in fiscal 2024.”
