INNOVATE announced that its Board of Directors has approved a plan to proceed with and fixed a record date for an $19.0 million rights offering for its common stock. The rights offering will be backstopped by Lancer Capital LLC, an investment fund led by Avram A. Glazer, the Chairman of the Board and the Company’s largest stockholder.
