Goldman Sachs downgraded ING Groep to Neutral from Buy with a price target of EUR 16.10, up from EUR 14.90. The stock has outperformed the SX7E by about 15 percentage points since the firm’s initiation in May 2022 and Goldman now sees limited scope for outperformance of the shares compared to its European Banks coverage.
