Berenberg analyst Kieran Lee downgraded Industrials REIT to Hold from Buy with a price target of 168 GBp, up from 165 GBp. The analyst continues to think that Blackstone’s final offer for Industrials REIT is fair and that prospects for a counterbid or offer improvement remain limited.
