As previously reported, Susquehanna analyst Christopher Rolland initiated coverage of Impinj with a Positive rating and $100 price target, calling it a “leader in RAIN RFID” with “incredible product and technology” that is well positioned to capitalize on the expanding RAIN RFID market. The firm sees a “waterfall” opportunity as RFID technology expands to more granular products and as Impinj incorporates additional applications and increases penetration into new customers, the analyst added.
