TD Cowen analyst Gregory Williams lowered the firm’s price target on IHS Holding to $26 from $29 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm said they posted good 2Q23 results but the NGN devaluation drove a more negative impact as revised 2023 RLFCF guidance of $395MM was below our downward revised RLFCF estimate.
