B. Riley analyst Neil Chatterji lowered the firm’s price target on Hyperfine to $2.50 from $3.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s 2023 guidance came in softer than expected as its commercial reorganization is causing near term disruption, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm views the Q4 report and 2023 guide as disappointing, but says Hyperfine "seemed to take most of the pain of righting the ship" of its commercial infrastructure in Q4 to better position it in 2023 and beyond.
