Wells Fargo analyst Daniel Politzer raised the firm’s price target on Hyatt to $160 from $138 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm notes Hyatt had an upside Q4 result and solid full year 2024 guide that reflects 7%-10% fee growth. Importantly, Hyatt announced its first asset sale in 16 months, and its UVC sale will simplify its acctg/structure. Valuation looks reasonable, Wells adds.
