In a strategic move to enhance its business model and operational efficiency, the Company has realigned its reportable segments to better reflect its focus on management and franchising, owned and leased properties, and distribution services. This restructuring is closely tied to leadership changes and a refined approach to resource allocation and performance assessment by the Company’s chief operator. Additionally, the Company has restructured the ownership of its Unlimited Vacation Club business, selling a majority stake but retaining management and licensing rights, which promises a steady flow of management and royalty fees.
