Credit Suisse analyst Scott Deuschle lowered the firm’s price target on Huntington Ingalls to $244 from $259 as he raises his applied free cash flow yield to 8.5%, up from 8.0% prior. His higher applied yield is meant to reflect the industry’s increased near-term risk profile post the House Speaker election, as well as a continued tight labor market-a risk that Huntington Ingalls is proportionately more exposed to than peers given the relative labor intensity of its business. The analyst keeps a Neutral rating on the shares.
