Over 4,100 of UK customers of HSBC have reported that they are unable to access mobile and online banking services, BBC’s Tom Gerken and Liv McMahon report, citing website DownDetector and a bank statement. The bank said it was “really sorry for the inconvenience”, noting the disruption was due to “an internal system issue”.
