HP Enterprise’s (HPE) interest in a possible takeover of cloud computing company Nutanix (NTNX) has cooled and the companies are no longer engaged in discussions, three sources familiar with the matter told Dealreporter’s Diane Alter and Ryan Gould. A spokesperson for HP Enterprise confirmed in a statement to the news service that there are no discussions with Nutanix, the report added.
