Hormel Foods CEO: Our success in Q1 was broad-based

In an interview on CNBC’s Mad Money, Jim Snee said Hormel is seeing improvement in the supply chain. “We’ve really hit our stride with Planters,” he noted. The company changed its advertising strategy for Planters and it has resonated with consumers, especially younger ones. Hormel is maintaining or gaining market share with most of its brands, he added.
