HII was awarded a $1.17B cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract for completion of USS Boise engineered overhaul. This contract modification includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract modification to $1.24B. Work is expected to be completed by September 2029. FY23 other procurement funds in the amount of $29.56M and FY24 other procurement funds in the amount of $6.95M, will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command is the contracting activity.
