HCA Healthcare is also announcing that Bill Rutherford has decided to retire as executive VP and CFO after a 34-year career with the company. Mike Marks, HCA Healthcare’s current senior VP, finance, will succeed Rutherford as executive VP and CFO, effective May 1.
