Hasbro declares quarterly dividend of 70c per share

The company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 70c per common share. The dividend will be payable on May 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 1. In 2024, to align with industry best practice, the company expects future dividend declarations will be made closer to the record date.
